Color blocked version of the Nuvem. Cast on for the #convokal Conversation Knitalong with the Yarnings Podcast.
The center is dark gray and then a small bit of gray is between each color block. The edging is the dark gray with almost 2000 beads between a row of every-other stitch and then a bead in a each point of the 3 stitch picots (cast on 2, bind off 5).

A quick knit because I needed them for a baby shower. This was my first time using very small needles, and my first time making booties at all. They turned out good, even though I accidentally modified the pattern slightly!
Crocheted finish around CO and 2 sides.
first try on needles was too tight. stayed with needle size B for the entire tubular cast on, which was a touch loose when all was said and done, but way stretchier.
This is a top down, set in sleeve opening, open front flowing vest, using a Fade-like concept to transition between colors. using math from The Handy Book of Top Down Sweaters by AnnBudd and the measurements I used that fit well from the Meris. starting with Wisteria, held double, for the top of the shoulders….
