2 swiffer covers out of deep stash cotton on a cone. one knit with JMCO two ends at a time then kitchenered in the middle; other is a flat piece that sticks into the holes on the extra large swiffer. will add more here as I knit them!
frogged, they were just too tight for my feet! i love the cable, it was just hard to do at my tight sock gauge!
gauge is 6 st/in, between fingering and DK on needles in between those as well. Casting on the fingering size 12mo and it will just be slightly big so she can wear it longer probably doing short sleeves.
used this pattern (Virgil version) as a canvas for my own striping pattern, which doesn’t go all the way down the sweater to use more of the planetarium colorway. Also made long sleeves instead of the shorter ones. my gauge was a little small, so I made the 12-18 size and think it will fit…
inspired by ploverbird’s, seen at ZK2014. Knitting in ThreeFates at the same time as her giveaway on the Yarnings Podcast. a girl wizard is named in homage to Eskarina from Equal Rites by Terry Pratchett… the yarn colorway is Merlin so it fits in. Began in April to celebrate my birthday month! Also fits nicely…
Not sure my yarn totals are correct here.
