finished before thanksgiving, need real pictures!
11/8: separated off for the left and right fronts, and decided to do them two-at-a-time. I had to do a little more writing out which rows had arm or neck decreases so I was sure to be in the correct place (especially with t-a-a-t) but it’s going smoothly now. One of the original balls of yarn is visibly darker, so not only am I doing t-a-a-t, but I’m also striping to try and make it not such a big jump!
11/6: after the lecture by Ysolda at Happy Knits and rereading the sizing section of the book, I decided to do a little bit of bust darting, over 12 rows. Worked like a charm after I mapped it all out, row by row, on my paper first!
11/5: bought 2 more skeins of the yarn. It’s the super wash version and the first wasn’t, so it will definitely be striped in. But now I can not worry about running and perhaps even lengthen it. (and maybe a set of wristers to match!
10/28: Started on the Yarn Harlot book tour and will work on during Ysolda’s 11/5 visit to Portland.
