lace waistband: Stitchinary Volume 1, p163 # 243.
Took the top of Emmaline and did a little less increase on the bodice than the arms to get a snugger fit. Then added the lace waistband in the back and front right under my bust. Then a lot of increasing to turn it into a dress! The sides have a ribbed detail. And only used 1.5 skeins of the 2 that I got at Rhineback 2014. 🙂
