I found some self-striping yarn in my stash to join in on the Stockinette Zombie’s self-striping knit along for 2022. Using yarn that had previously been a shawl that didn’t work great for me! And then, being me, I’ve been expanding the shawl to be bigger based on how much yarn I have left.

this is some yarn remnant from Heather. knit 3 of them, one wasn’t quite to pattern because I didn’t look up the directions for the front post versions until a row after the first time I used it! FPSC picot ch3
used this pattern (Virgil version) as a canvas for my own striping pattern, which doesn’t go all the way down the sweater to use more of the planetarium colorway. Also made long sleeves instead of the shorter ones. my gauge was a little small, so I made the 12-18 size and think it will fit…
My friend Randi declared she wanted to knit some Christmas things during the summer, and Alicia shared some of her holiday-themed yarn! I decided on some nice wristers to wear over the edge of my coat during the holiday, no thumbholes, just stretchy enough to pull back and see my watch. Cast on the cuff…
