testing out my 9” chiaogoo needles for movie/convokal knitting. round and round with nothing to change. But the 9” circs take a lot of getting used to. I knit one full color repeat in Avengers!
JMCO 60 stitches, join in the round. knit a tube until I got about 3/4 of the way through the first color way; begin alternating color ways one stripe at a time; finish all of second color. kitchenering the CO with the last round – so it’ll be a tube of a tube (mathematically squared!)

finally gave in and frogged these after they sat on my desk for months.
This was a delightful way to learn basic entrelac. I really like how it turned out, and the colors make me happy every time I wipe off the counter.
Plan: Toe-up socks, ankle length, toes and heels in grey. Started with the Risata using Judy’s magic cast-on. After about half of the increases, started striping the Felici to add more interest. Switched to all Felici after getting to the desired stitch count. Intend to do an afterthought heel with the same striping sequence. 4/10:…
