used this pattern (Virgil version) as a canvas for my own striping pattern, which doesn’t go all the way down the sweater to use more of the planetarium colorway. Also made long sleeves instead of the shorter ones.
my gauge was a little small, so I made the 12-18 size and think it will fit closer to 12month size. Added length because both of my sister’s other babies have been long.
leftover yarn: blue 49g, blackberry 49g, planetarium 10g.

see note on ittybitty for my recipe. Used leftovers from Tau’ri (Gemini) sweater including a little white in the top with a touch of a ruffle.
I started out with size 7 needle and k1p1 knit and it was too dense so I switched to size 10 and it was perfect. I taught myself to knit continential with this scarf. When gifting this, I made a flower to tie it up, and that turned out very pretty.
Adjusted the colors from the original set: Fedora bubbles instead of aqua. And then used more of a graduated color for the stripes. First week of June: Finished sweater. The body of the sweater feels a little short, and I may add a crocheted edging on the bottom.June 16ish: Finished hat. Still need to do…
for Sept/Oct Stockinette Zombies KAL and Whatcha Swatchin’s Fall KAL. n2n measurement: 36” gauge: ~5 st/in (just under) used Megan (justrunknit)’s spreadsheet to determine cast on (100), body (180), fronts (38), back (104). Striping two colors of Noro Yuzen. Steeks for armholes.
