Started out doing bottom up with plans to kitchener, but then my cast on wasn’t as pretty as I liked, so I flipped it on end and seamed up the cast on edge for the top. did several tack stitches to define the ears. It’s a little loose after wearing all day, but not bad….
adapted slightly for the side patterning and the center of the pattern to be stockinette rather than seed stitch for ease of knitting. and used Fish Lip Kiss Heel instead of pattern heel. Wound the yarn by hand because my swift/ball winder were having problems. The looseness of hand winding really caused problems with pulling…
This is the easiest dishcloth pattern, it knits up super quick and is really nice to use in the kitchen or give as gifts. I added stripes of a variegated yarn with a white base to give it a little extra specialness.
pattern coming the beginning of February!
Crocheted finish around CO and 2 sides.
