Started out doing bottom up with plans to kitchener, but then my cast on wasn’t as pretty as I liked, so I flipped it on end and seamed up the cast on edge for the top. did several tack stitches to define the ears. It’s a little loose after wearing all day, but not bad.
Great practice on brioche on a project that brought me joy to be there in solidarity for the Women’s Marchs.

Making out of leftover and new Shine Sport in a stripey pattern. Cast on with a lace scallop pattern to make the bottom edge special. Made longer than the pattern and did a little shaping to make it flare slightly at the waist. The top straps are alternating colors (pink on front, green on back)…
see favs for f+f on top of foot. found out (after completing the heel) i had dropped a stitch in the foot! I had somewhere increased to compensate but the little stitch was hanging out waiting for me. I put a stitch marker through it and it was good for the rest of the knitting…

Started to work on the night of book sale setup (had to be at the mall for extra hours). Two socks on two circs. Using Riverbed + Fleegle Heel + a herringbone stitch + lace on the foot and sides. Heel, toe, and cuff will be purple. Hope to use a picot hem with eyelets…
