mixed weights – worsted, sport, sport-ish handspun. gauge on worsted was a touch tight, so went up in stitch count from the biggest size, and knit the back a little longer. rather than welts for the rows, knit in garter. added short rows surrounding the top of the vest to add more length without adding…
Lorna bought the yarn, wanted a wide scarf that was fairly simple. Tried a variety of small variations on stockingette and stockingette on a bias, and everything still curled. settled on feather and fan instead, and this pattern was super easy.
for Lorna. get Purlescent colorway (not currently in stock to order) 8/31: cast on 9/1: knit with girls at River Maiden for a few hours, got through garter border. Knit at park with E for another 2 rows. Then knit through MI:III for a total of 5 sk2p rows. zoomzoomzoom! 9/2: knit at Guardian game…
for Lorna. got yarn at BSG. scarf size, maybe shorter by one repeat. Cast on at park day at start of Tour de Fleece, this is my handcyclist goal. finished with HPDHpt1 still needs blocking.
