This was a delightful way to learn basic entrelac. I really like how it turned out, and the colors make me happy every time I wipe off the counter.
I had stockpiled some Risata before it was discontinued, and then hoarded it to find the perfect project because I wouldn’t be able to get more! With upcoming summer travel, I wanted some summer tops that fit well in the shoulders and loosely flowed down. I’m loving dresses, so I wanted to optimize the length…
stitch gauge: 17.5 st/4” row gauge: 8 rows/1” August 13, 2016 ripped out the short rows on the bodice and reknit only one wrap and turn to make it pooch less on the sides. 19g taken out. still needs the ties laced up tight, but much better. #stashdash2016 !
Making out of leftover and new Shine Sport in a stripey pattern. Cast on with a lace scallop pattern to make the bottom edge special. Made longer than the pattern and did a little shaping to make it flare slightly at the waist. The top straps are alternating colors (pink on front, green on back)…
to match the Rosewater hat. base on http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/basic-fingerless-… 2aat with twisted rib on top and bottom, regular rib throughout, reverse stockinette on thumb. can always pick up at base and work downward if extra yarn remains.
This will be the mill ends springy colorway I got at OFFF. Should be a nice april project. Can I change this pattern to be toe-up??? 6/7: Close to done, but the adjustments I did for gauge didn’t quite work out on the end of the toe (working toe-down as per the pattern). So I…
