Started for Madrona trip. 2.5mm needles were just too loose after completing the toe. Bought 2.25 Chiagaoo needles while there and started again. Much better! Adjusting the pattern to match my gauge and the yarn being slightly lighter. Plus, doing them toe-up. used TDTU heel from @KnittingRN, and started rib in center of the rows…

This was knit as a sample for the IDP program with one of the new colors of Chroma Fingering. The colorway is Guppy, and it certainly had a Little Mermaid feel to it (my husband said he kept getting “Under the Sea” stuck in his head!). The color transitions are beautiful with the drop stitches!…

Urban Happy

A springy happy version of Urbanity. The Lilt Sock is slightly lighter than the Trinity Sock, so it made a more airy fabric, by just a touch. The silk makes it luxurious. The drop stitches worked up so nice in this yarn too.
