Baby booties
A quick knit because I needed them for a baby shower. This was my first time using very small needles, and my first time making booties at all. They turned out good, even though I accidentally modified the pattern slightly!

using Knit Picks Simply Cotton in the same colors from the blanket, adding a little green tea heather from the stripey steeky blanket for baby C, also due this summer.
Wanted something that would work as a baby dress this summer and then be a tunic as she gets older. Adjusted the pattern to work in the round, be more full of a dress, and have ties instead of shoulder straps. Lace is slightly askew on part of the skirt but it’s not too noticeable….
