The third of the four Brea bags. I doubled the yarn. The button is a bone button with a beautiful floral pattern. The lining is cherries, which matched the hollyberry yarn nicely. I love the definition on the WotA cables, it really makes the flowery calbes stand out!
improvised. double i-cord edge, garter, light lace, cables, picked up for 2 color brioche. improved skills in casting on in pattern and kitchener in pattern. bound off with italian bind off from Brioche Chic book’s version of the instructions.
9/6 update: I rock. In the time it took to watch Speed, I did 1.25 heels. That’s faster than ever, and the stitches look perfect. I took a break from these to work on one of my many planned Christmas presents, so they’ll take longer than if I were working non-stop, but they are coming…
The neutral colors were a set, and the pink was something I bought at another time. Started with 50g of the neutral colors, so I knew I wouldn’t have quite enough for all of it. Adapted to have less stripes after c2 and c3 brioche when I ran out of c2, and did the same…
