Cast on during Rhinebeck trip. Did additional repeats of 3rd tier with 3 colors. Purple edging is only 1 3/4” long.
Started toe-up, with Judy’s magic cast-on and 12 stitches; increasing up to my standard 72 before starting the lace pattern from Cotty. Hope to do a toe-up gusset heel to make it match.
improving to be toe-up. toe is upside down, using kfb as the increases. Added a few extra stitches to the bottom of the foot to account for the slightly lighter yarn. heel will be garter short row (see http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/garter-toes)
been in my queue since December 2007. Started swatching on size 4’s, need to go up a needle size which means finding the next size tips in whatever project they are in 😉
This is the easiest dishcloth pattern, it knits up super quick and is really nice to use in the kitchen or give as gifts. I added stripes of a variegated yarn with a white base to give it a little extra specialness.
After a mighty long hiatus from socks , making an attempt again. Last pairs were too small for my feet, in 2018/2019. My feet spread out with my PTTD. And I was knitting at such a tight gauge, my hands were hurting too. So I’m doing these still on my US 1, but attempting to…
