Started with a double stranded bottom on dpns and then increased out gradually. Using a mesh stitch for the body of the bag. On the top decreases. 4/1: Finished handles, just need to weave in ends and take pictures.
This was a delightful way to learn basic entrelac. I really like how it turned out, and the colors make me happy every time I wipe off the counter.
I started with the pattern for Pioneer and did the bottom part of it differently with a waistband done by picking up stitches vertically. I did the skirt twice because I was unhappy with how much increase I did the first time. Used more crochet on this than I thought I could!
