It’s been hard recently, with almost all of my time needing quiet and dark to try to keep the migraines away. Tonight, I got about 20 mins with my legos. I knit a little bit on my wrap #yarnings while reading, listening to music (pulled up a recommended “songs by Egzod and similar artists” list - Egzod is in my current fav list - “Reserve” with Leo the Kind is probably my fav track) and had my #mergedragons going in the background. I can’t do any of this very long right now but I enjoyed the heck out of it for a while, feeling a little more like myself. #kcelebrates47

Headphones on with music or an audiobook much of the time when I’m not trying to sleep. The amount of time out of bed is very very limited right now - migraines and fibro - so I’m as comfortable as possible when I’m here. Anything I can do to keep from triggering a migraine is my jam! No makeup, hair piled on top of my head. At 47, I’m grateful for all the things and experiences that brought me to this spot. I am doing my best, and while that’s not as much as I’d like, it’s something. 💜 #kcelebrates47
