Patchwork Afghan
This is a long term project, with a goal of having every square use a different pattern by use of stitch dictionaries and improvising. There will be a total of about 10 different colors in the same family for the squares, and then each square will have a knitted border around them in another color.
Depending on what other project I’m working on, this sometimes goes more quickly or slower. Right now, I haven’t picked it up for a few weeks, but I have about 48 squares done, I believe (as of 5/28/07)
Update, January 08: Started back in on making squares and did another 6-8 squares in the last few weeks. Getting new “violet” color of Wool-Ease as a potential border color and for some squares.
Update 2/19: I now have 62 squares done.
