this may finally be the pattern for this weirdly striped Opal. very deep stash! a little scratchy, hoping for workhorse socks.
adjusting to do toe-up version, still need to pick a heel, maybe the fleegle heel like my froot loops?

Started with a double stranded bottom on dpns and then increased out gradually. Using a mesh stitch for the body of the bag. On the top decreases. 4/1: Finished handles, just need to weave in ends and take pictures.
After a swatch went a totally different way that I expected, I used it as a guide for this pattern. Initially swatched with Dream in Color classy from AmyToadyJoe. Then tried Cat’s Eye previously ripped out from some socks. Now SweetGeorgia… much better. Charted as I went, but tweaked heavily as i made it through…
This was knit as a sample for the IDP program with one of the new colors of Chroma Fingering. The colorway is Guppy, and it certainly had a Little Mermaid feel to it (my husband said he kept getting “Under the Sea” stuck in his head!). The color transitions are beautiful with the drop stitches!…
