adapted slightly for the side patterning and the center of the pattern to be stockinette rather than seed stitch for ease of knitting. and used Fish Lip Kiss Heel instead of pattern heel. Wound the yarn by hand because my swift/ball winder were having problems. The looseness of hand winding really caused problems with pulling…
weight remaining yarn: 42g left (79% of 2 skeins used), about 518 yards used. I think it ate up a little more yarn because of being Sport weight instead of fingering, but it made an awesome shawl. This yarn worked up so smoothly and knit like butter! The other great thing about this shawl is…

two unicorn tails. hand balled the night of purchase. knit from the center out to make a headband/scarf that feather and fan’d out from an i-cord into leaf like motifs at the end. Used all of the yarn, with just the ends left for a braided bracelet.
see note on ittybitty for my recipe. Used leftovers from Tau’ri (Gemini) sweater including a little white in the top with a touch of a ruffle.
Project Number 2754. Helixed the alternate color into the bottom of the sweater gently and then used it for the sleeves as well. Bought 2 of the alternate color but only needed one.
