I modified this pattern to be smaller since he was a preemie. I also carried a strand of Bernat Softee to make it use more of the color out of the booties that went along with it as a gift. I omitted the pompom and the top looked beautiful without it.
I really love this, every time I look at the pattern, I want to make it more. I think it would be soft and comfy and I love the tie. This pattern ended up being really good. I used the modified suggestion to make long sleeves, and even went about a 1/2” longer than the…
