First sweater in process of the year! The idea was to find a basic tee silhouette that I could fit my shape and style easily. Something to wear over dresses or tanks and leggings. Even though the tee itself has a specific style with mohair and stripes, I was able to use my own color…
start with 30 chain. HDC first row. DC, chain 2, DC every other HDC. Following rows, put DCs into chain stitches and alternate. Trim with HDC all the way around.
Possible present for Sarah, if I can make it fast enough. I’ve never felted before, but I’m willing to try for her. Update: 11/14: Started this project so I’ll be able to bring it with my on my thanksgiving trip. I picked out colors which I think Sarah will like instead of the pattern colors….
This is another prototype dishcloth that I’m working on for potential publication for the pattern. It uses right twists (RT) to create a cool line through the pattern that reminds me of willow branches. started out during Lost, and moved along between other things today.
Started Thyme on halloween. Casting on took a while, and the pattern wasn’t very intuitive the first side through. I made a chart to help me, and will upload that to Ravelry or my knitting site soon. Update 11/14: made all 3 pieces – front, back, and stripe for between. Just need to attach together….
