this isn’t the right base for the yarn I’m using, it’s not in rav tho. Basic Sock, 434yds, 75/25 merino nylon. for the Fiber and Dice #sushiquestkal using yarn inspired by the game Sushi Go! I used it as a #convokal where it got a lot of knitting during commuting and gaming.
used the 40” size at the top and 48” at the bottom, with decreases/increases in the ribbing on both sizes. increased a little more for the bottom section once joining. split hem feature. JMCO 12st 2 at a time, on longer bent circs; after increases, switched to 9” circs to zoom zoom concurrently. gauge is a bit tighter on these needles, ~10/in. increased to 38. increase mid foot and before heel to 42. knit to 7.25” before FLKH. 1-13-14-13-1 these ended up too long, gifted to Karen.
stitch gauge: 17.5 st/4” row gauge: 8 rows/1” August 13, 2016 ripped out the short rows on the bodice and reknit only one wrap and turn to make it pooch less on the sides. 19g taken out. still needs the ties laced up tight, but much better. #stashdash2016 !
