This should look pretty in the Risata Baby Doll that I got last shipment. Make Toe-up, though.
May 27: Cast on with Judy’s Cast-on. Increased slightly between the toe and arch. Used the lace pattern from Spring Forward, but made up the rest of the pattern on the fly.
I did patterning on the short row heel, but it’s not quite centered. Even though they aren’t perfect, I like wearing them, they are cute and ruffly.

Possible present for Sarah, if I can make it fast enough. I’ve never felted before, but I’m willing to try for her. Update: 11/14: Started this project so I’ll be able to bring it with my on my thanksgiving trip. I picked out colors which I think Sarah will like instead of the pattern colors….
This is a top down, set in sleeve opening, open front flowing vest, using a Fade-like concept to transition between colors. using math from The Handy Book of Top Down Sweaters by AnnBudd and the measurements I used that fit well from the Meris. starting with Wisteria, held double, for the top of the shoulders….
not completely sure of the stats of the skeins. one was a prize, another was an early OFFF purchase that was never added to rav. tan yarn was 130g to begin with, and used all. blue yarn was 144g to begin with, and used 20g
