• Lifestories: cleaning. toilets. cleaning. IKEA. De-allergizing the inside of the house; gamora the germ guardian.
• Yarnings: Adventures in Knitting
  • WIP: ValentinesAllYear sweater, using Christmas in July sweater as the base. colorwork and empire waistband complete, onto the skirt!
  • WIP: castles socks.
  • NAPs: considering the next things :) lined up the next two sweaters, some shawl ideas too.
  • design work on the computer for the next pattern

  • WIP: blue jeans. Three Fates Merino Nylon (superwash). spinning downstairs with the tv.
• Yarnings: Stitch Through Time:
  • english paper piecing secret project with smaller than before pieces. using templates from The New Hexagon, and still refining my skills from All Points Patchwork techniques. finished and in the mail!
  • started my sewing machine and made some swatches for tension and to see how a small version of a pillow cover would work. Using the Connected Threads tutorial for Square Pillow Cover with Flange
  • Frosted Pumpkin: The Bee Keeper.

  • our new KAL: Tell me a yarning! I want to hear a story about a project you have finished this year so far. What kind of story? It can be about how you love the elements of the pattern + yarn combo, or a story about something you loved while you were knitting it (convokal-esque!)   • went to Guardian for a game day: Prosperity, Shakespeare, and Alien Frontiers. Bought two new things, played Viticulture already. Legendary, Walnut Grove, Roll for the Galaxy, Eminent Domain. Prepping for gamestorm visitors!

• Fanciful Chatter: new makeup - eye shadows from Urban Decay. working on finding a good foundation too.
• Book of Cooking: loving Mom's Best Blueberry Wheat-fulls for breakfast. Omelet, spicy potato/sweet potato hash. Rachael Ray's Big Orange Book had an idea I ran with and turned it into a non-layered lasagna.
• Happiness Continues. compliments on my colorfulness make me glow.
