Bust measurement is 44 1\/2.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cast on for 42\u201d. Knit anytime it has a distance, use 46\u201d size.<\/p>\n<p>12 increases for armhole increases instead of 11. Picking up one additional stitch on the shoulders which lets me end up with 44\u201d size. CO one extra under arms on each side of the stitch marker. after 12 rows under arms, start first side increase only on the non-lace side; then start the lace pattern 5 rows after that.
