Making for Craig’s (my brother-in-law) wedding. To be worn at rehearsal dinner since it doesn’t match the dress I’ll wear at the wedding.

Started out with Judy Becker’s cast on with 14 stitches and worked my normal increases and foot. Now I’ll look at the pattern 🙂
Knit with handspun Sun Valley and their DK base to go with. Planned to continue handspun as far as needed instead of just in the yoke. Did not decrease in the underbust, but added more increases. After viewing a variety of projects that used this pattern, I chose to make a 3 color version instead of two because that’s what I had. And it ended up that I was able to do a 3 color version with only 3 skeins instead of 4. Used the two-color brioche instructions for section 3….
The final of the four Brea bags. I doubled the yarn. See the other 3 colors in my projects for how the handles turned out. I don’t have a finished picture for this one, just the other 3.
Bittersweet, reindeer, camel heathers, maybe marshmallow (combing yarn totals in with baby blanket as I didn’t weigh in between the two!)
Got the multicolor skein from craig, bought the coordinating skein. Didn’t do the bind off exactly as written, wanted a little more ease.
